This workshop will guide you through an exploration of mindfulness practices, their impact on the brain, and an examination of their application to you everyday wellbeing. You will be given simple tools and strategies to build resilience to stressful situations, to increase productivity and to calm your mind.
In this fun and interactive workshop you will learn to:
• Cultivate positive states of mind like gratitude, kindness, joy and compassion
• Use mindfulness to deliberately engage the neuroplasticity of the brain to rewire the brain
• Use guided meditation to calm your “monkey brain”
• Reduce stressors and the negative impact of stress that drains your energy
